EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He is a coach who holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science from Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) and is from Johor Bahru, Johor.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He is a retired teacher. He served as a teacher for 15 years and took early retirement due to his deep interest in the field of Human Resource Development.

He started by running his own programs for the public and corporates and then collaborated with a training company called Success Touch. There, he was exposed to marketing knowledge and also conducted several training sessions for various levels of positions in both government and private sectors.

He is currently a Senior Partner at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

His expertise lies in Team Building, Wellness Programs, and also designing programs related to joint and muscle pain (Ergonomics).

In addition, he is capable of designing Team Building training modules according to the needs and issues of clients, whether it be programs requiring “bonding”, “teamwork”, “customer service”, and many more.

He is a certified consultant from the Human Resource Development with Certificate No. 5581.

FAIZUL IKHWAN

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He is a graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Klang Institute of Technology.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He began his career as an Outdoor Recreation Level 2 Trainer at the State Level (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) and frequently received calls from government, private, and NGO organizations to conduct various national-level Outdoor Recreation training activities on a part-time basis.

He then joined a Human Resource Development training company, Focus Learning Corporation Sdn. Bhd, as a Trainer and Speaker. Throughout his service, he was assigned to deal with various clients from the Government, Manufacturing, Private sectors, Statutory Bodies, and non-governmental organizations both domestically and internationally.

He is currently a Senior Partner at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

With experience in conducting training for various age levels, positions, and industries, and having conducted over 20,000 hours of training for more than 100,000 participants from across Malaysia and Singapore for over 20 years, he has become a consultant capable of presenting realistic modules tailored to client needs.

He is a certified consultant from the Human Resource Development with Certificate No. 5581.

RIDZUAN MOHD SAID

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He is a graduate in engineering (electronics/computer) majoring in Information Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia and is from Klang, Selangor.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

His interest in training began before he entered the corporate world, when he became a tutor during his second year of his bachelor’s degree program.

Shortly after completing his studies in 1998, Ridzuan joined Asian NDK Crystal Sdn Bhd as an Engineer in the Mechanical Engineering Department. He was later promoted to the position of Senior Engineer. In 2009, after undergoing a Technology Transfer Program, he was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Production Department.

He is currently the Head Trainer at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

His experience in participating in training programs includes “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People,” Train-The-Trainer, Teamwork Action, FMEA, Total Productive Maintenance, Electrical and Electric Diagrams, Sensors in Industrial Process Control, Pneumatics and Electro-Pneumatics, making him skilled in Strategic Planning courses and Team Building. He is also a consultant certified with a Train The Trainer certificate from the Human Resource Development with Certificate No. 4389.

MUAZ YAID

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He is a former Biotechnology student at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and hails from Johor.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He has been active in business since his school days up to university and continued his career in Direct Sales until he was 27 years old. He once recruited a team of 300 Telco salespeople in 3 months and increased the agency’s sales to become the Top 3 overall.

His experience extended into online marketing, leading him to establish his own video marketing agency, MP Media & Marketing PLT, which remains active to this day.

In addition to producing sales and marketing videos, he is also active in conducting training related to video, sales, and sales team building. He is now one of the Marketing Trainers at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

His experience in sales, marketing, and team building has enabled him to create training programs such as “Extraordinary Sales” and “High Impact Content Video,” which have been attended by over 300 participants. Additionally, he has published his own book titled “Jual Apa Sahaja Guna Video,” which is now available at Kinokuniya and SMO Bookstore chains.

HALIM DIN

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and is from Batu Cave, Kuala Lumpur.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He is a Master Trainer in the sport of Paintball. In addition, he has been recognized by the National Paintball League and the Malaysia Paintball Referee Organisation as a Certified Trainer in paintball.

With over 10 years of experience in the banking sector, he has gained much inspiration to be involved in the sport of paintball.

He is currently managing outdoor activities as the Head Outdoor Trainer at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

He is active in outdoor activities and has managed many outdoor programs before. Among these are outdoor activities such as Corporate War Game, Strategic Change for Ultimate Directions (SCUD), and many more.

In addition, he has managed programs with Bank Negara Malaysia, Maybank Berhad, Bank Pembangunan, Astro, TNB Transmission, JPPH, Perbendaharaan Selangor, and many other organizations.

He has developed Corporate and Exploration programs to enhance his outdoor programs.

SHAM KASMANI

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He holds a Malaysian Vocational Certificate in Electronics from SM Teknik Jalan Yahya Al-Datar, Johor Bahru.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He began his career working in the electronics field in Seberang Tambak. However, his strong passion for training led him to work at My Bodywork as one of the Outdoor Trainers.

He has helped many individuals dealing with obesity by designing appropriate programs and starting a career as a Personal Trainer. His enthusiasm for outdoor activities has assisted the company in conducting various types of training with both government and private sectors.

He is currently managing outdoor activities as an Outdoor Trainer at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

He is active in outdoor activities and has managed many outdoor programs while studying. He frequently conducts activities such as Corporate Archery Combat, Strategic Change for Ultimate Directions (SCUD), and many more.

He developed Corporate and Exploration programs to enhance his outdoor training programs.

MOHD SHAH RIZA

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi MARA and is from Negeri Sembilan.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He began his career at Pusat Pungutan Zakat-MAIWP in the field of Human Resources (HR) and has significantly contributed to the establishment and implementation of various HR programs for Pusat Pungutan Zakat-MAIWP and zakat institutions in Malaysia.

He was also responsible for the Quality Management System MS ISO 9001:2008 as the Lead Internal Auditor and Internal Auditor for the Information Security Management System ISMS/IEC 2001:2005.

He is currently a Trainer and Marketing Officer at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

His experience in the HR field and managing staff makes him a familiar Speaker who understands customers’ problems and needs. He also has over 10 years of experience in this training field and provides realistic modules for clients in Malaysia.

He is a certified consultant from the Human Resource Development.

MOHD SAS RIZAL

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He holds a Diploma from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in the field of Civil Technology (Building Construction) and is from Selangor.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He began his career as a speaker at Success Touch and served there for 5 years. His interest in videography led him to delve deeply into Video Marketing, and he often became an invited speaker.

Among his responsibilities was handling marketing videos and content for the company.

He is currently a Content Creator and Speaker at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

He is very experienced in Video Editing and is also a speaker for programs related to Sales & Marketing for entrepreneurs. Additionally, he frequently conducts Motivation and Team Building programs.

He is a certified consultant from the Human Resource Development.

NADZIR

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dublin Business School (DBS), Republic of Ireland, in Accounting and Finance under the certification of Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU).

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He began his career as an auditor at Yap Pow Kong & Co around 2010 to early 2011. He then expanded his interest in the marketing industry and was appointed Marketing Manager at MBP Sdn Bhd in 2011. His remarkable potential in dealing with the public led him to continue his career at an educational institution, As-Syakirin Learning Group Sdn Bhd, as an Executive and Corporate Manager in 2011-2012.

He is currently a Speaker at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

He is a speaker who has managed many motivation and competency programs across the country. He has also handled student and university programs around Peninsular Malaysia. Among the institutions he has managed are MRSM Kuala Nerang, Sekolah Menengah Sains Seri Putri, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, UNITEN, and several other educational institutions in Malaysia.

HJ. SABRI BIN ABD RANI

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

He was born in Sg Petani, Kedah, and received his early education from Kolej Sultan Abdul Hamid, Kedah. He then continued his studies at Madrasah Makarimul Akhlak, Langgar, Kedah.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

He began his career as a teacher in Terengganu, Melaka, Kelantan, and Pahang. After that, he was appointed as a Senior Motivation Consultant with K Master Consultant in Malaysia and Singapore.

Additionally, he is frequently invited to fill slots on Tanyalah Ustaz on TV9, Zikir Dikir on TV Hijrah, and Radio IKIM.

Hj Sabri also serves as a training panelist for Tabung Haji and conducts Leadership Courses for Imams and Mukmin Leadership Courses throughout the states and has been appointed as a training panelist for ILSAS TNB.

He is currently a Senior Speaker at My Bodywork.

EXPERTISE

He has conducted training courses in various ministries, government departments, and private sectors. Among them are MAS, KTMB, NorthPort, UiTM, SIRIM, PERKIM, Lembaga Zakat Selangor, and many more.
